2025 dipp product launch recap: Automate the 80% to liberate your team for the 20% that matters
At the end of October 2025, dipp held its very first product launch event. This wasn’t just a feature showcase — it was a deep conversation about the future of Creative Operations.

Looking back at dipp’s seven-year journey in Taiwan, we have evolved significantly—from our early days of 3x3 grid automation in 2018 to the AI-driven landscape of 2025. As Jennifer, CEO of dipp, stated in her opening remarks:
"Gen AI is like magic; whatever you ask, it can answer, and about 80% of the results are "okay."
But, is "just okay" really enough? Today, we are all here because that remaining 20% of excellence is the "impossible" we want to create together."
At this year's launch, we officially transitioned from a mass graphic production tool to a "complete brand visual management solution based on AI + Content.". We are no longer just solving for efficiency; we are bridging the critical gaps between strategy, asset management, and creative communication.
AI + Content: A new product ecosystem that makes creative workflows faster, smarter, and more valuable
For years, the biggest friction in brand operations has been the disconnect between marketing, sales, and creativity. Planners dream big, salespeople need materials yesterday, and designers are left guessing what “ocean vibe” actually means. Miscommunication wastes time, kills momentum, and forces everyone to settle for “good enough.”
That ends now.
The five product lines we launched are built to act as the bridge between marketing, sales, and creativity—turning three teams that historically worked in silos into one seamless, high-speed engine that delivers faster, smarter, and more valuable creative output at every stage of the journey:

1. atypicaAI:The strategic brain that helps you "Understand" the market
Marketing should never rely solely on intuition. atypicaAI generates actionable insight reports in under 10 minutes that would traditionally take two weeks of market research. It doesn't just collect data; it helps you "understand" the market by simulating the consumer's thought process—why they buy, how they decide, and what their true concerns are. It turns decision-making from a guessing game into a precision strike backed by data. Execution efficiency is 100 times faster and saves 90% of costs.
2. museDAM: The AI-powered digital asset management
When files are scattered across clouds, emails, and local drives, finding assets becomes a disaster. museDAM (Digital Asset Management) is not just an upgraded cloud drive, but a centralized asset management platform. It supports online previews for over 70 formats (including PSD, AI, and even 3D files). Combined with AI semantic search, you can simply search by intent without remembering file names. With built-in version control and permission management, assets are finally "utilized," not just "stored.".
3. lumaBRIEF:Ending the game of "Unboxing Blind Boxes"
"I want a marine style."
But does the marine style in your head match the designer's? Without clear explanations, design execution becomes a game of "unboxing blind boxes" where words fail to convey concrete ideas. lumaBRIEF was created to shorten this gap between imagination and results. It allows planners to complete briefs through conversation—uploading reference images, automatically dissecting layers, and dragging-and-dropping 80% of the layout in a Canva-like editor. By instantly generating visual proposals it reduces proposal time by an average of 60%, ensuring designers no longer start from zero guessing but focus purely on that final 20% of professional polish.
4. ingenOPS: Turning standardization into automation
This is the evolution of dipp’s core strength. ingenOPS turns "standardization" into "automation". Acting as a production hub, it uses modular design logic to handle main image generation, multi-channel banner resizing, and copy replacement in seconds. Whether it’s mass asset creation for Double 11 or cross-platform resizing, it serves as the pillar of efficiency, ensuring every image complies with brand guidelines while achieving a perfect balance of speed and quality.
5. formaLAB: Your partner for capacity expansion
What if a company doesn't lack tools, but suffers from a "manpower gap"?. formaLAB is a service combining technology with a professional design team, becoming your long-term, stable partner for capacity expansion. Powered by dipp’s tech stack, it shortens average delivery time from 3 days to just 6 hours, helping brands build visual communication languages and modular assets during periods of explosive growth.

Fireside chat: In the turbulent era of AI, do you need a solution or a partner?
In our Fireside Chat, we invited Wayne, E-commerce Head of Starlike, and David, Product Lead of dipp, for an in-depth dialogue on technology adoption. Faced with a dazzling array of AI tools and services, how should enterprises choose?

(Left: Wayne - Head of eCommerce of Starlike; Right: David - Product Lead of dipp)
The key decision: Not just buying tools, but choosing allies/teammates
Wayne raised a profound point: With the rapid iteration of AI, companies often fall into the trap of asking, "Which Solution should I pick?" However, he argues that the more important choice is finding the right Partner.
-
Solutions have limits: A standalone solution is just a tool. If an enterprise lacks the capability to drive it (e.g., not knowing how to write precise Prompts or integrate the tool into existing workflows), even the most powerful tool won't deliver results. It’s like giving a top-tier bicycle to someone who doesn't know how to ride.
-
Partners deliver lasting value: A true Partner (like dipp) provides more than software; they face market uncertainties alongside the brand. At this moment, when AI is most fragmented and fast-changing, a good Partner helps clarify needs, optimize processes, and provide continuous support through technological iterations.
Bridging the gap from “want to do” to “actually doing”
David echoed this sentiment. He noted that during product development, dipp constantly thinks about how to be a Partner that helps teams eliminate friction, rather than just "replacing" manpower. Both speakers agreed that whether using Gen AI or implementing automation, the biggest barrier is often not the technology itself, but "Communication and Collaboration." This is exactly why enterprises need a Partner who runs the race with them, not just a cold Solution.
"It's not just about choosing a Solution; it's about how we collaborate with that Partner. Without proper application, you cannot unleash a Solution's maximum potential." — Wayne
Industry panel: Operational optimization & customer engagement in the AI era
In the second half of the event, hosted by Nora, we invited Ethan (Hsin Hsin Galaxy), Eddie (Crescendo Lab), and Alice (dipp) to analyze 2025 strategies from different dimensions.

-
The e-commerce operations perspective (Ethan, HHG): Backend e-commerce systems are incredibly complex. Brands often face the extreme challenge of "Meeting on Monday, Launching on Tuesday." Ethan emphasized that while there are many tools, the core lies in "smoothing out the workflow." Only by nailing the operational details can marketing campaigns land successfully. He encouraged brands to remain curious about new technologies.
-
The customer relationship management perspective (Eddie, Crescendo Lab): A great customer experience is about "making people care, and feel cared for." Eddie proposed an "AI First" strategy, utilizing AI to achieve precise, personalized communication. Whether it’s private domain management on LINE or instant customer service responses, AI is the key to improving both efficiency and human warmth.
-
The brand asset management perspective (Alice, dipp): Alice introduced the concept of Coordination — like riding a tandem bike, everyone needs to pedal in the same direction. Brands should build their own visual library of reusable assets. Division of labor is no longer enough; teams need clear execution workflows. By identifying common creative modules, brands can rapidly produce assets like interior decorators styling a room—using different objects to create different vibes within the same structure. This allows different teams to execute strategies precisely under the same brand framework.

Closing thoughts: Making brand operations faster, more precise, and more valuable
This launch event didn't just showcase technology; it painted dipp's vision for the future: Building an ecosystem where Creative, Marketing, and Sales collaborate seamlessly.
We believe that when tedious drafting and management processes are solved by AI and systems, brand teams can finally spend their time on what truly matters: "Strategy" and "People."
As Jennifer summarized:
“dipp never wanted to build something just different — we want to help brands drive real results and revenue through content. Let’s make team collaboration smoother and brand operations more valuable — together.”
